Pricing

My SportApp pricing is simple – it’s currently free!

However, we can hear you asking, “Well, what does member or organisation funded mean on the sign up screen then?”. We’re glad you asked! The current version of My SportApp is totally free – we’re committed to providing My SportApp with all of its current features, free forever. Read more about our future plans under the ‘Premier Edition’ heading.

Your Membership Fees

We use Stripe as our payment processor. On all payments, Stripe charge 1.5% + 20p. This means that if your members pay you £10 per month, you would only recieve £9.65. As such, we automatically build this, and a small reserve, into your pricing. So, when you configure your subscription costs in My SportApp, for example, £10 per month, you will see your figure change slightly to account for the Stripe fees – we also round up to the nearest whole pound. So, in the case of a £10 subscription, your members would be paying £11.

At the end of each financial year, we calculate how much surplus funds have been generated by this rounding, ensuring that we do not incur a loss, and we return this directly to your organisation, to use however you wish!

Premier Edition

In future, we do plan to release My SportApp Premier Edition which will include a wealth of additional functionality, on top of our free offering. On this plan, we charge £1 per player, per month. All you need to decice is who pays this fee:

Self-Funded

Your organisation covers the costs for My SportApp and your members pay nothing.

We will bill you £1 per month, per member for each member listed under your organisation on the last day of each calendar month.

Note that we use the highest figure of any day during the current calendar month.

Member-Funded

We will increase the price of your members’ subscriptions by £1 every month (£12pa).

When you bill your members, their cost will be £1 higher than what you have set in your settings. This fee will be retained by My Tech Group.

Note that member funding requires a monthly billing cycle for your organisation.

We’re asking this now at sign up so that when My SportApp Premier Edition is released, you won’t need to set this up later. We’ll simply start charging the organisation, or your members (depending on what you select), if you start using any of the ‘Premier’ features – don’t worry, these will be clearly marked.

Until you use a ‘Premier’ feature, neither you nor your members will be charged. You can also opt-out of Premier Edition at any time, and go back to our free plan.

Free Edition – Addons

My SportApp Premier Edition will include all of our addons as part of the price. However, we realise that some organisations don’t need all of the features of Premier Edition, so we’re making our most popular features available as addons. Click on each button below to learn more.

All addons are available as per-member monthly, flat-rate monthly, flat-rate annual or perpetual licenses, depending on what works best for your organisation.
